The Bon View Estates Linear Park is a 12.72-acre site comprised of three (3) separate parcels that generally follow along the east side of the Little Cocalico Creek on the east side of the Borough.  This site is conveniently accessible to pedestrians from the central areas of the Borough via sidewalks along North 3^rd Street and a macadam access drive that served as the former North 3^rd Street.  The frontage along the Little Cocalico Creek offers potential greenway linkage for much of the eastern half of the Borough.  The current facilities include a series of accessible stone and wood chip walking trails, a riparian buffer, a tree arboretum, educational wetland and tree signs, and various benches and picnic tables.
