Lead Free Families

Did you know that over half of homes in Denver Borough were built before 1978?1 Homes built before 1978 may contain lead paint which is harmful to our health, particularly for young children. Lead-Free Families is a FREE program provided by Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health to help families across Lancaster Co. safely address lead paint issues in their home. Lead poisoning is preventable, the best way to ensure your family is never impacted by lead poisoning is to test your home and safely remediate any lead paint issues found. That’s where Lead-Free Families can help, we provide families with FREE in-home lead testing and FREE lead remediation. Interested in learning more?
