Denver Borough Council adopted the "International Code Council, Inc., International Property Maintenance Code/2015," as the Property Maintenance Code of the Borough of Denver, creating a code of property maintenance regulations for the protection of public health, safety and welfare as herein provided. Each and all of the regulations of the International Property Maintenance Code/2006, Third Edition, except as provided in § 140-3 of the Borough’s Code of Ordinances, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, enumerated in § 140-3.
The Property Maintenance Code in the Borough is administered by Michael Gable, Housing and Code Inspector for issues such as grass/weed removal, snow removal, trash, unlicensed/uninspected vehicles, and other minor code violations. Borough Council also has appointed Associated Building Inspections, LLC (ABI) Inc., as a Code Enforcement Officer for the Borough to process larger health and safety violations referred by the Borough Manager.
