Responsibilities
The Finance Division is responsible for all financial aspects of the Borough including budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.  Division staff members work closely with all organization members to ensure the efficient administration of the municipal budget while emphasizing the Borough's long-term financial health.

Borough Treasurer
The Borough Treasurer is responsible for all financial aspects of the Borough including:
  • Budgeting
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Payroll
  • Reviewing and implementing prudent financial checks and balances
  • Investments
  • Revenue Management/Investments
Office Assistant
The  Office Assistant is an administrative position responsible for the processing of documents and information, billing and processing water and sewer utility payments and Local Services Tax (LST) records and payments.
